Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup pepper jelly
1T fresh lime juice
1Tgrated onion
1t salt
1/4t pepper
1 cup vegetable oil
Mix first 6 ingredients and slowly whisk in the oil.
Great on tossed salad and also on sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.

Cheese Spread for Crackers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 cup or to taste 3-Chicks Candied Jalapenos
Finely chop the jalapenos and mix well with softened cheeses or if you wish you can
use your food processor.
Serve on your favorite crackers or with julienned veggies
